Dedicated machine for forming of jerrican spouts
Podolan, Luděk ; Ing.Pavel Cícha, Evropský polytechnický institut, Kunovice (referee) ; Novák, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is detail description of theory, design process and final realization of single-purpose machine for pressing canister funnels. Theoretical section of this work covers manufacturing standards of the electrical cabinets, options for the single-purpose machine control with focus on the programmable logic controller e.g. PLC, PLC control program concept with definition of the main alarm states and description of two types of electrical cabinet. Practical part contains description of the electrical cabinet, its block diagram, photo documentation of the wiring (chapter 4.), chosen PLC type, its advantages and detail program description using Ladder diagram notation, communication with operator realized with touch LCD panel, programming environment for this LCD panel and program realization process. Finalized machine description and its photo documentation in manufacturing process is covered in the end. This diploma thesis is based and extends previously successfully defended semester project.
Control of manipulator model
Simon, Jakub ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The task was to study the physical model of the coordinate manipulator. It is controlled by two stepping motors by Schneider Electric and Beckhoff¨s industrial IPC. Then get to know the TwinCAT control software communicating on the EtherCAT network. Then revive the model and create a task to illustrate the functionality of the model with a simple ON / OFF third axis, as well as revive the industrial camera. Then create your own design of a full-fledged third axis and let it be realized. Finally, create an illustration application with the full-fledged third axis manipulator.
Mechanical testing of electronics assemblies by vibration
Pešina, Tomáš ; Otáhal, Alexandr (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
Content of this work is oriented on mechanical testing of PWB. Deals with standards related to mechanical testing and quality evaluation of PWB. This works is engaged into industry standards, for example IPC or JEDEC. Studies principle and methods of chosen vibration tests. Further aim of this work is vibration fundamentals of PWB assembly. This work describes some research studies, which were conducted in past years and dealt with vibration stress issues. Shows individual factors, which has effect on vibration response of DPS and its destruction, like component position, acceleration difference between component and substrate, around temperature or material constants. In practical part was chosen method of vibration test and experiment in Labview programming interface was performed to verify these findings from vibration theory.
Administration of ICT Environments Using Autonomous Solutions
Boštík, Filip ; Chromčák, Michal (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis shows an example of reactive server automation in ICT environments. There is a description of solution for specific problem in the AIX operating system which is implemented in an automation suite IPC. Analysis of current situation contains description of properties of the operating system AIX, the examined problem as well as of the IPC tool which is used for implementing this solution. After the description of the implemented solution there is also an economic evaluation of the entire thesis.
Test manufacturing line
Bartoněk, Josef ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the design and implementation of a manufacturing test line. In the thesis, the individual used electrical components are theoretically described and their practical implementation is also described here. One chapter is devoted to the design and description of safety elements. Part of the work was also the creation of visualization and modification of the program.
